Ordering is easy. Simply email the following to me (or use the comments section on the order form tab): 1 - Product name 2 - Crystal colors or birth months 3 - Name or word for block bead letters (if applicable) 4 - Charm choice for bracelet - heart, cross, ribbon or none 5 - Size of bracelet I'll send a confirmation email (normally within a day). Bracelet Sizes for Adults: Small - 6.5" - 7" Average - 7" - 7.5" Large - 7.5" - 8" X-Large - 8" - 8.5" Please be sure to measure before you order your bracelet since there is a $10 resizing fee for each strand. Order from the chart above or measure your wrist with a cloth tape measure and add 1" to that number. Q and A: How do I care for my new jewels? Your jewelry is made from sterling silver so it may tarnish eventually. To slow that process, store it in a resealable plastic bag. To remove the tarnish simply wipe it with a jewelry polishing cloth. Do NOT dip your bracelet in cleaner as that will remove the lovely antiquing on the block and Bali beads. Do NOT polish the crystals either as that will dull their sparkly finish. I'll be happy to sell you a polishing cloth like the kind I use for $5. Will my bracelet look exactly like the one in the picture? If your bracelet is a different size than those in the photos then the bead order and number of beads will vary somewhat. But the look and quality will be similar. I want something to match a special outfit. Will you make something just for me? Absolutely! Just email me and we'll come up with beautiful one-of-a-kind jewelry just for you. What about the pricing? After I get your order, I'll add up all your products plus 5% Virginia state sales tax and shipping costs (if applicable). Then I'll email you the total. If you live nearby and wish to avoid the shipping fees, let me know. Do you have a guarantee? I guarantee you will love your jewelry...but if for some reason you don't please let me know why. If we can't resolve the issue then you can return the item to me within 30 days of your receipt for a refund (minus shipping costs). What if the bracelet doesn't fit? We'll simply resize it.
